.::Customize Your Desktop Cursor::.
1.) Make your cursor. It must be saved as .ico or .ani. If you don't have a program to make a cursor, use AWicons lite, you can download it here, and it's free.

2.) Push "Start"-"Control Panel"-"Apperance and Themes"-"Mouse Pointers"(up in the left corner)-"Pointers"(it's one of the tabs).

3.) Select "Normal Select"- then push "Browse."

4.) Go through your files until you find the cursor you want to use, then open it.

5.) Click "Apply"-"Ok."

6.) There you go! You have your own custom desktop cursor!
